Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Medical Billing RCM, located in Lahore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to increase company revenue. Daily tasks will include generating leads, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and presenting to potential clients. The role will also require collaboration with various departments to ensure client needs are met and targets are achieved.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, lead generation, and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management (RCM), and healthcare industry knowledge
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Meet or exceed business development targets

Requirements:

Graduate degree (Bachelor's minimum)

Excellent English communication skills (native or near-native)

Prior experience in medical billing or healthcare sales is a plus

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and organizational skills

Ability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
