We're Hiring: Junior IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
  • Conduct market research and gather user feedback to define product requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA
  • Create product documentation such as user stories, feature specs, and wireframes
  • Monitor product performance and propose improvements based on analytics and feedback
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, software development, or a similar role
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar is a plus
