We're Hiring: Junior Project Coordinator

Are you passionate about communication, organisation, and teamwork?

We're looking for a Fresh or Junior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help manage exciting digital projects while directly engaging with clients

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Experience Level: Fresh / Junior (0–1 Year)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior project managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking project progress.
  • Handle client communication and coordination to ensure smooth project execution and clear understanding of requirements.
  • Communicate with internal teams (design, development, QA) for deliverables and updates.
  • Prepare meeting notes, project timelines, and documentation.
  • Follow up on tasks, identify issues, and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and ensure timely feedback loops.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Project Management (or related field).
  • Excellent English communication skills — must be fluent and confident in client interaction.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
