Working Hours: 8AM TO 4PM & 12AM – 8AM (Monday to Saturday)

About Us

Sparking Asia is a fast-growing company committed to building powerful brands and impactful digital experiences. We're expanding our marketing team and looking for a creative, analytical, and growth-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social presence across multiple platforms.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to grow our audience, increase engagement, and elevate our brand across key social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

You'll work closely with the content and creative teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and performance optimization across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive growth and engagement.

Plan and manage daily content calendars across all active platforms.

Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions.

Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates.

Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visuals, captions, and campaign ideas.

Run and monitor paid social campaigns (a plus, not mandatory).

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management, audience growth, and content strategy.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Basic skills in graphic design (Canva or similar tools) and light video editing are a strong plus.

Open to morning, evening, or night shifts.
