About the Role

Abacus BPO is looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop, manage, and execute social media strategies to strengthen our brand presence, drive engagement, and support business objectives.Key

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create engaging content aligned with the brand's voice and goals
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and track ROI
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (14 Years Minimum)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours

  • Rotational 8-hour shift (6 days a week)
