About Us:

Trade Unleashed is a growing software and solutions company serving retail, apparel, and manufacturing industries. We are looking for a detail-oriented Data & ERP Operations Officerwith prior experience in ERP systems and knowledge of the apparel and manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in ERP systems.
  • Manage production, inventory, and sales-related entries.
  • Ensure accuracy in purchase orders, invoices, and other manufacturing documentation.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from ERP.
  • Coordinate with the accounts, production, and inventory teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Commerce, Computer Science, or related field).
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry / ERP operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (experience in apparel/manufacturing ERP preferred).
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
