Position Summary:

The Officer Production (Data Entry Operator) is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining production-related data in the company's systems. The role supports the production team by ensuring all records, reports, and documentation are complete, accurate, and readily available for analysis and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter daily production data (e.g., quantities produced, raw material usage, downtime, and wastage) into ERP/software or spreadsheets.
  • Prepare and maintain production logs, shift reports, and related documentation.
  • Verify the accuracy of data received from the production floor before entry.
  • Assist in generating periodic reports for management, including daily, weekly, and monthly production summaries.
  • Coordinate with production supervisors and quality control to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support the production team with general administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and data verification.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all production data.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Intermediate / Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or production management software.
  • Strong typing speed and data accuracy.
