Amazon VA for US Private Label Operations

Join our team as an Amazon Virtual Assistant and take charge of our US private label accounts. We need a proactive specialist who can handle everything from finding winning products to scaling successful brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee products from research and sourcing to launch and growth.
  • Listing Optimization: Maximize visibility by optimizing all elements of product listings for SEO and conversion.
  • Customer Service: Professionally handle customer communications, reviews, and feedback.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor sales data and performance metrics to inform decisions.
  • Operations: Manage day-to-day tasks including order processing, returns, and policy compliance.
  • Coordination: Work with purchasing and support teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Private Label (required).
  • Proven expertise in product research, branding, and launching products on Amazon.
  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and relevant analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
