Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Manager located in Faisalabad. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with the production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products. The Sales & Marketing Manager will work closely with the senior management to align marketing efforts with the company's overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Management, and Business Development
  • Skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Management
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Lead Generation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the home textiles and apparel industry is a plus
