Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Manager
, located in Lahore District. The Dispatch Manager will oversee dispatching activities, manage operational schedules, and ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities include supervising dispatch staff, maintaining effective communication with team members and customers, and managing daily dispatch operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills and hands-on experience in dispatch operations
  • Proven experience in operations and logistics management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in handling customs duties and clearance processes
  • Familiarity with working with international shipping companies, especially Maersk and Evergreen Line
  • Relevant educational background or certifications in logistics, supply chain, or related fields are a plus
