Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Dispatchers & Sales Representatives located in Lahore. Individuals in this role will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching vehicles, managing logistics, and ensuring timely deliveries. Additionally, sales responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, closing sales deals, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Daily tasks involve communication with drivers and customers, handling inquiries, problem-solving, and using dispatch software efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Coordination and Dispatch Skills: Experience in vehicle dispatching, logistics management, and using dispatch software.
  • Sales and Customer Engagement Skills: Ability to engage with prospective clients, close sales deals, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer inquiry handling, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using dispatch and logistics management software.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lahore and handle the demands of a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
