We're Hiring – Graphic Designer + UGC Creator

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer + UGC Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should be able to design eye-catching visuals and also create engaging UGC-style content (short videos, reels, stories, product showcases) that connects with our audience. If you're passionate about design, content creation, and staying on top of social media trends, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design engaging graphics, social media posts, and marketing collaterals (banners, brochures, ads, etc.)

* Create UGC-style content (short videos, reels, TikToks, unboxing, testimonials, lifestyle content) tailored to our brand and industry

* Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas

* Edit videos, add subtitles, and optimize content for different platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)

* Research industry trends and UGC best practices to create authentic, relatable, and conversion-focused content

* Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print designs

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

* Proven experience in graphic designing + content creation (portfolio required)

* Strong knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.)

* Hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)

* Familiarity with UGC trends on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

* Creative mindset with the ability to produce original and authentic content

* Strong communication and collaboration skills
