Machine Learning Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Machine Learning Engineer. This role requires a strong background in computer science, data science, or electrical engineering, with a focus on machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms with a focus on text-related projects to solve complex NLP problems.
• Hands-on experience with various machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn, ensuring efficient and scalable model implementations for text-based applications.
• Extensive knowledge of NLP models, including transformers, BERT, Roberta, NER models, Rang Models i.e., LangChain, LLAMA Index, and other state-of-the-art NLP techniques.
• Utilize Python language effectively for implementing machine learning solutions, enhancing existing codebases, and contributing to text-related projects.
• Expertise in NLP libraries and Transformers, leveraging these tools to optimize and improve NLP model performance for text applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP research, and text-related projects, incorporating cutting-edge techniques into the team's work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to understand business requirements and deliver effective ML solutions for text-based applications.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and establish best practices for the team, specifically related to text-based projects and Lang Chain.
• Drive innovation and explore new approaches to solving challenging NLP problems, taking initiatives independently, including contributing to the development of the LAMA index and other text-related projects.
• Actively participate in research and development activities related to machine learning, NLP, and text-based applications, with a specific focus on transformers.

Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or electrical engineering (or related fields).
• Proven experience of 2 years with machine learning technologies, particularly in NLP domains, text-related projects, and Lang Chain.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning frameworks, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn, with hands-on experience in text-related projects.
• Hands-on experience with NLP models such as transformers, BERT, Roberta, and NER models, with a specific focus on contributing to the LLAMA index and Lang Chain.
• Proficiency in Python programming, with a solid understanding of software development principles, particularly in the context of text-based applications.
• Familiarity with various NLP libraries, such as NLTK, spaCy, FastText, and Transformers, with a strong emphasis on applying these tools to text-related projects.
• Demonstrated ability to take on new challenges and solve problems independently, particularly in the context of text-based applications and Lang Chain.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Proven track record of delivering successful machine learning projects, driving innovation in the field, and contributing to text-related projects and the development of the LAMA index.

If BS or MS Degree is in Electrical Engineering, he/she must have taken at least two courses mentioned below:
