Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled
Machine Learning Engineer
to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, hands-on experience with data science techniques, and the ability to translate business problems into machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications.
  • Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and optimize algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, NLP, or computer vision tasks.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Research and implement the latest ML/AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Document processes, experiments, and results for reproducibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python
    (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas).
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistics.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Role Expectations:

  • Able to handle 2–3 client/project meetings per day
  • Must have a camera/mic-ready setup, backup power, and stable internet for remote work
  • Should be adaptable to rapidly changing project scopes or client needs
  • Available to work during US business hours (PST/EST overlap required)
