About Us

We are building a robust healthcare and clinical platform with a strong operational backbone. We require a capable Odoo Specialist who can design, implement, maintain, and optimize Odoo systems to support our business operations and integration requirements.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle implementation of Odoo: install, configure standard modules, customize or develop new modules, migrate data, and integrate with external systems.
  • Develop custom Odoo modules and features according to business requirements.
  • Integrate Odoo with internal and external platforms through APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization mechanisms.
  • Maintain and optimize Odoo's PostgreSQL database — schema design, indexing, performance tuning, backup, and restore.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Odoo instances, ensuring secure setups, monitoring, and system health.
  • Collaborate with software and operations teams to align Odoo workflows with main system functionalities (e.g. CRM, billing, HR, accounting).
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues related to Odoo modules, configurations, or integrations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including configuration guides, integration specs, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor system logs, resource usage, and performance metrics to ensure high reliability and scalability.
  • Ensure best practices for Odoo security, user access control, and update management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience with Odoo implementation and customization (versions 12 to 17 or equivalent).
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Odoo ORM, and module development.
  • Solid experience with PostgreSQL — schema design, query optimization, and maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and data connectors.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across application and database layers.
  • Experience with deployment, backup/restore, and system monitoring for Odoo environments.
  • Good documentation skills and ability to clearly communicate technical concepts.

Preferred / Plus Skills

  • Experience integrating Odoo with third-party systems (e.g. billing, CRM, ERP, or custom platforms).
  • Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker) or cloud deployment environments.
  • Exposure to security compliance, data privacy, or regulated environments.
  • Experience with healthcare or clinical software systems (though not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus).

What We Expect

  • You will take ownership of Odoo implementation, customization, and integrations.
  • You will maintain a reliable, secure, and optimized Odoo environment.
  • You will document configurations, integrations, and operational procedures.
  • You will proactively monitor, tune, and improve system performance.
  • You will adhere to on-site working hours (6 PM to 2 AM) in Johar Town, Lahore.

Salary Range

70,000 PKR – 95,000 PKR
