Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as an International Outbound Sales Manager based in Karachi Central District. The key responsibilities include identifying and targeting potential clients in international markets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating leads, and closing sales. The role also involves developing sales strategies, conducting market research, meeting sales performance objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in outbound sales
  • Ability to develop client relationships and execute strategic sales plans
  • Proficiency in market research, prospecting, and lead generation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and handle multiple clients effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant experience in international markets or business development is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness and flexibility to work in an on-site role
