We are expanding our team and looking for talented individuals with a strong background in extrusion processes, electrical equipment, and control systems.

About the Roles:

We are seeking to fill two key positions:

  • Machine Operator:
    You will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of our cable sheathing extrusion lines. This includes managing material extrusion for various cable types and ensuring product quality.
  • Maintenance Engineer:
    You will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous and optimal performance of our advanced manufacturing machinery. This involves maintaining electrical and control systems, including PLCs, motor drives, and sensors.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operator:

  • Operate and monitor cable sheathing extrusion lines to meet production targets.
  • Ensure accurate material handling and consistent product quality.
  • Adjust and maintain line parameters such as speed and tension.
  • Record production data and adhere to safety protocols.

Maintenance Engineer:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and control systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, motor drives, sensors, and other electrical components.
  • Work with various motors and temperature control systems.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with extrusion processes.
  • Strong understanding of electrical equipment, machine sensors, controllers, and motor drives.
  • Familiarity with PLC control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams for Maintenance Engineer role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to safety.
