Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic IELTS Trainer to join our Language Center. The ideal candidate will have strong command over English (C1 proficiency level) and proven experience in preparing students for IELTS Academic and General Training exams.

The trainer will be responsible for designing lessons, conducting engaging classes, and helping students achieve their desired IELTS band scores through effective strategies and personalized feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct interactive IELTS preparation classes (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

-Develop customized lesson plans and practice materials aligned with IELTS standards.

-Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and provide targeted improvement plans.

-Conduct mock tests and evaluate performance based on IELTS marking criteria.

-Guide students on test-taking techniques, time management, and confidence building.

-Maintain class records, attendance, and student progress reports.

-Stay updated on any changes in IELTS exam format or marking schemes.

Requirements:

-IELTS certification (completed by the candidate) minimum overall band 7.5 preferred.

-Excellent English communication skills — minimum C1 proficiency level.

-Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.

-Prior experience as an IELTS Trainer or English language instructor (preferred).

-Strong interpersonal, presentation, and mentoring skills.

-Ability to teach both online and on-campus (flexible modes).
