𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

We are seeking a 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in architectural design, project delivery, and technical coordination. The role offers opportunities to work on diverse, high-impact projects ranging from residential, commercial, institutional, and civic developments to heritage conservation and adaptive reuse initiatives.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

* Lead the design and implementation of architectural projects from concept to execution

* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, engineers, and consultants

* Prepare technical documentation, drawings, reports, and client presentations

* Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and sustainability standards

* Travel across Pakistan and the Middle East as needed for project coordination and site reviews

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀

* Strong design sensibility and attention to detail

* Proficiency in:

  • Autodesk Revit (mandatory)

  • BIM documentation and workflows

  • Rendering tools: Lumion, V-Ray

  • Drafting & design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite

* Understanding of sustainable building practices and guidelines

* Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and reporting skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from a recognized institution

  • PCATP Registration (mandatory)

  • Additional certifications such as LEED, EDGE, or BREEAM will be considered an asset
