Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand goals and transform them into intuitive digital experiences.
  • Review and interpret project documentation, turning requirements into thoughtful design solutions.
  • Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect final designs for web and mobile apps.
  • Design with empathy ensuring usability, accessibility, and delightful experiences.
  • Maintain a consistent visual language while bringing originality and design thinking to every project.
  • Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design (internship or freelance experience also considered if portfolio is strong).

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).
  • Ability to interpret documentation and project scope effectively.
  • Understanding of App Store and Play Store design guidelines.
  • Strong foundation in information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • UX writing and visual communication skills.
  • User research and usability testing know-how.
  • Collaborative, curious, and detail-oriented mindset.
