About the Role:

We're looking for a
UI/UX Designer
with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who can turn ideas into clean, intuitive designs. You'll be responsible for creating user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications—balancing aesthetics with usability.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project goals and user needs
  • Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions
  • Ensure design consistency across products through style guides and design systems
  • Work closely with the dev team to hand off designs and ensure accurate implementation
  • Iterate based on feedback from users and stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
  • Good understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • Experience with user testing and analytics tools
