Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and help grow our medical billing services by acquiring new doctor and clinic clients in US.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers, explaining our medical billing services, and converting leads into signed agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact doctors and healthcare providers through calls, emails, or in-person meetings
  • Explain the benefits of outsourcing medical billing services to our company
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and address their questions and concerns
  • Guide doctors through the onboarding process and secure signed service agreements
  • Maintain a detailed record of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve services and strategies

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    for building relationships with physicians and healthcare providers
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (Healthcare or BPO sector preferred)
  • Knowledge of Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management, and industry best practices
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and persistent
  • Proficiency in using medical billing software and tools
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
  • Fluency in English
