Job Title: Real Estate Agent – Overseas Property (Sharjah Projects)

Location: F-8 Office, Islamabad

Compensation: Basic Salary + Commission

Overview

We are hiring motivated and professional Real Estate Agents for our Islamabad office (F-8), dedicated to selling premium overseas property in Sharjah — with primary focus on Qasmiya City and Qasmiya Gate. This role offers a stable basic salary combined with high earning potential through commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell UAE-based overseas property, specifically Qasmiya City and Qasmiya Gate projects in Sharjah.
  • Conduct client presentations, explain project features, pricing, payment schedules, master plans, and investment benefits.
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, investors, and channel partners interested in Sharjah's real estate market.
  • Stay updated on all details related to Qasmiya City & Qasmiya Gate, including inventory, layouts, availability, and regulations.
  • Support clients with documentation, booking forms, receipts, and UAE property transaction requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sharjah project team for inventory, client status updates, and deal closures.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, sales events, and promotional activities targeting overseas projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales (local or overseas) is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to confidently present overseas investment opportunities to local clients.
  • Knowledge of Sharjah real estate, especially Qasmiya City and Qasmiya Gate, is an advantage (training provided).
  • Must be target-driven, disciplined, and able to manage leads effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and strong client etiquette.
