Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Clerk, located in Sindh, Pakistan. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, managing accounting records,The role includes data entry, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions,
Role and Responisibility :
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Perform data entry of vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments in the accounting system.
Assist in reconciling accounts and updating ledgers.
Manage filing of financial documents and ensure proper record-keeping.
Handle
outdoor tasks
such as:
- Visiting banks for deposits, withdrawals, and cheque clearance.
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Delivering or collecting official documents.
Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or data entry (fresh candidates may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to perform outdoor work (bank/vendor visits).
- Residence nearby
Defence or Korangi
area preferred for ease of commute.
