About Position:

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager who will also provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to the CEO on a daily basis. This is a unique role combining strategic business development with executive assistance, ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team and perform general office duties
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible

Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations
Conduct research and gather information as needed
Transcribe meeting minutes and other important notes
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Skills:

  • Proficient in using DocuSign or similar electronic signature software
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent calendar management abilities
  • Experience working as a clerk or in an administrative role is preferred
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and systems.

Other Details:

Experience:
 2-3 years preferable

Qualification:
 Masters preferably
