Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets. This is a performance-focused role requiring strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients in a persuasive and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to optimize outreach efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong selling and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Urdu

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B or direct sales
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, competitive industry
