Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Employee located in Karāchi. The Sales Employee will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, presenting and demonstrating solar energy solutions, preparing sales proposals, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, they will collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and lead generation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of solar energy solutions and familiarity with technical aspects of system design and installation
  • Ability to prepare detailed sales proposals and close sales deals
  • Team collaboration skills to work with marketing and technical teams
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the energy or renewable energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, or related field
