Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Karachi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of sales representatives, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also be required to analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales representatives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the medical equipment industry is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
