Role Overview
We're hiring
two Sales Representatives
to expand our PVC Stabilizer business across key industrial regions. If you have deep roots in the PVC industry and a passion for field sales, this is your chance to make a measurable impact.This is a high visibility role where you'll work
closely with the CEO
and report to him directly, ensuring alignment between ground level sales execution and strategic business goals.As part of our sales team, you'll drive business growth through factory visits, client relationship management, and smart sales strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional B2B sales strategies for PVC stabilizers.
- Conduct onsite client visits, factory walk ins, and technical sales meetings.
- Identify and engage new customers, while nurturing existing relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on product offerings and client needs.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience
, preferably in the PVC, plastics, or chemicals sector. - Strong understanding of
PVC stabilizer products
and market dynamics. - Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and client handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales effectively.
