Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of organic and paid social media strategies, content creation, analytics, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, captions, reels, stories, graphics).
  • Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor analytics and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers.
  • Research trends, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for creative output.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads (preferred).
  • Good communication and copywriting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or other design tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
