Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of social media trends, content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals
  • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) tailored to each platform
  • Manage and grow communities across platforms, including responding to comments and DMs
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan and execute campaigns
  • Monitor performance and provide insights using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Run paid social media campaigns and optimize based on performance
  • Analyze metrics and create monthly performance reports

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Later, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of social media advertising and analytics
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with influencer collaborations
  • Basic video editing skills (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
