Role Overview

As a
Sales Specialist
, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales for Leos International's premium real estate projects. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the property buying process and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Leos International's real estate projects to prospective buyers and investors.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client pipeline through networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits with clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions.
  • Negotiate deals, handle objections, and finalize contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new launches.
  • Represent Leos International professionally at exhibitions, events, and client engagements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    real estate sales, property consultancy, or investment advisory
    .
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • Multilingual skills (Arabic/English/Urdu) will be a plus.
