Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Sales Specialist. The position is located in Islamabad. The Inbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role includes identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, addressing customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.

  • Experience in Sales and Customer Experience
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is must
