Role Description
This position manages the job evaluation framework to ensure role clarity, equity, and alignment with organizational structures supporting business objectives. It involves evaluating roles based on skills, knowledge, responsibility, and impact using both quantitative and non-quantitative methods, along with market benchmarking and salary survey analysis to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness. The role also assesses new headcount requests by analyzing departmental efficiency, capacity, and industry benchmarks, preparing business cases for approvals, and aligning workforce requirements with organizational growth. Additionally, it reviews and refines Role Clarification Documents (RCDs) to ensure accuracy, eliminate overlaps or gaps, and align with functional structures during organizational or structural changes.
Qualifications
- Experience in job analysis, developing job descriptions, and evaluating job roles.
 - Skills in organizational design and structuring.
 - Strong analytical, research, and data analysis skills.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present findings and recommendations.
 - Experience in collaboration with multiple departments and stakeholders.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
 - Master's in HR or MBA (HR), preferably Mercer IPE certified, with 9–12 years of HR Excellence experience, including 4–5 years in a specialist role within a medium to large manufacturing organization.
