Role Description

As the Deputy Team Leader at NIRAS, you will support project operations, manage and coordinate team activities, ensure the timely delivery of project milestones, and maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing project planning, ensuring adherence to goals, quality assurance, and engaging with stakeholders for effective collaboration. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faisalabad.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and ensure efficient task execution.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including planning, monitoring, and report preparation, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Stakeholder engagement expertise, along with effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills crucial for overseeing complex projects and addressing challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology for project administration and reporting.
  • Fluency in English and familiarity with industry standards in engineering and development sectors.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field is required. Prior experience in a similar leadership role or engineering consultancy is highly desirable.
