We are seeking a PPC Advertising Specialist to drive growth in our e-commerce business. This role will plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, focusing on maximizing ROI and acquiring new customers. By combining data-driven insights with creative execution, you will directly impact sales performance and brand growth.

主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities

  • PPC広告キャンペーンの企画・運用・最適化
  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns
  • 広告パフォーマンスのモニタリングとレポート作成
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
  • キーワード調査と入札戦略の管理
  • Conduct keyword research and manage bidding strategies
  • クリエイティブチームと連携し広告素材を改善
  • Collaborate with creative teams to refine ad creatives
  • A/Bテストや新しい広告施策の実施
  • Run A/B tests and explore innovative ad strategies

応募条件 / Requirements

  • PPC広告運用経験(Google Ads / Meta Ads必須)
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads / Meta Ads required)
  • Eコマース領域での広告運用経験歓迎
  • Experience in e-commerce advertising is a plus
  • データ分析力とROI改善の実績
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving ROI
  • ExcelやGoogle Analyticsなどの分析ツールスキル
  • Proficiency with Excel and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • 英語力あれば尚可(グローバル広告運用経験歓迎)
  • English proficiency preferred; global campaign experience a plus
