About Us

We are a UAE-based group of companies with diversified businesses, including a leading Rent-A-Car service. To strengthen our operations, we are hiring a Recovery Agent for our Lahore office to manage and recover pending dues from customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers who have outstanding dues via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of recovery interactions and customer commitments.
  • Coordinate with our UAE-based accounts and legal teams for escalations.
  • Handle sensitive customer situations with professionalism and persistence.
  • Meet weekly and monthly recovery targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recovery, collections, customer service, or a related field.
  • Fluency in spoken English is a must – you will communicate with international customers.
  • Sharp-minded, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with UAE customer service culture is a plus.
  • Arabic spoken is a plus point

Job Location:

Gulberg 3, Lahore, Pakistan (In-office job – not remote)
