About the Role:We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on lead generation through cold email, newsletters, and LinkedIn engagement. The ideal candidate knows how to combine strategy with execution to deliver a consistent flow of qualified leads for the sales team, and earn extra income through sales commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation campaigns through targeted cold email outreach using tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or Apollo.
  • Create and manage newsletters to nurture leads and maintain engagement with prospects.
  • Build, grow, and engage audiences on LinkedIn through B2B-focused posts, outreach, and networking.
  • Research, segment, and validate prospect lists for high-quality targeting.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Track and report KPIs: open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in digital marketing / lead generation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cold email tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
  • Proven ability to generate B2B leads through LinkedIn engagement.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for cold emails, newsletters, and social content.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure, test, and optimize campaigns.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: 50K–80K (depending on experience).
  • 3% commission on each closed sale from your generated leads.
