We are seeking a talented MERN Full Stack Developer with strong communication skills and proven experience working with offshore clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in both Monolithic and Microservices Architectures, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and modern DevOps practices including Docker, Containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ).


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including offshore clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver high-quality solutions.


• Design and implement applications in Monolithic and Microservices architectures.


• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).


• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and automate workflows.


• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices, testing, and reviews.


• Work with Docker, Kubernetes (preferred), and other containerization technologies to deploy and scale applications.


• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.


• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption when beneficial.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.


• Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ).


• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.


• Proven experience in Monolithic and Microservices architectures.


• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development.


• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP).


• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).


• Good understanding of version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).


• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress, etc.).


• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Azure Boards.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience working with offshore/remote clients.
