Key Responsibilities:
- Product Research & Sourcing
Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-demand, low-competition products.
Analyze competitor strategies, pricing trends, and seasonal sales patterns.
Find and negotiate with reliable suppliers for cost-effective sourcing.
- Amazon Listing & Optimization
Create and optimize product listings with high-converting titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies for better ranking.
Manage A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and Storefront customization.
- FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Management
Coordinate inventory shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers.
Create and manage FBA shipments to ensure stock availability.
Monitor FBA storage fees and optimize inventory levels to reduce costs.
Handle FBA reimbursements for lost or damaged inventory.
- FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) Services
Manage FBM orders, ensuring timely processing and shipping.
Set up and maintain shipping templates for cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate with courier services and suppliers for smooth fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve FBM-related issues promptly.
- Inventory & Order Management
Keep track of stock levels and ensure timely restocking.
Prevent stockouts or overstock situations by analyzing sales trends.
Manage returns, refunds, and replacements efficiently.
- Customer Support & Review Management
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints to maintain positive seller ratings.
Monitor and manage product reviews & feedback.
Implement review generation strategies to enhance credibility.
- Amazon Advertising & Marketing
Set up and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to boost sales.
Implement promotional strategies like Lightning Deals, coupons, and discounts.
Track ad performance and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Brand Management & Growth Strategy
Analyze sales data & key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify opportunities to scale the brand and improve profitability.
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies & avoid account suspensions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and FBM operations.
Experience with Amazon PPC, SEO, and listing optimization.
Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and AMZ Tracker.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and brands efficiently.
Knowledge of Amazon policies, restrictions, and marketplace trends.
Location: Office no: 11,12, Ground Floor, Grand Millennium Hotel, Davis Road, Lahore.
Office Timings (UK Based): April to October (12:30pm to 9:30pm), November to March (1:30pm to 10:30pm).
