Position Overview

We are hiring an E-commerce Account Handler to manage and support e-commerce operations for our clients. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update client e-commerce stores (e.g., Shopify, Etsy, eBay)
  • Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy and effective keyword use
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, marketing) to support campaigns
  • Track store performance and compile regular reports
  • Respond to customer queries and support order processing
  • Research market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Entry Level experience in e-commerce account management or a similar role
  • Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Lahore
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of SEO is a plus
