Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee multiple client and internal projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, sales) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and performance.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain proper documentation and provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards and align with Markeltree's goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager (preferably in IT/software development).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: From Rs60.00 per month
