Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a logistics and operations specialist in the MTO (Multi-Temperature Operations) department. Located in Karachi Division, this role involves managing day-to-day logistics tasks, coordinating with various departments, handling supply chain management, and ensuring seamless export processes. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service and communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills and Customer Service experience
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management and Export processes
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of managing logistics and operational tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
