Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi, for a Senior Quality Engineer. The Senior Quality Engineer will oversee and implement quality assurance standards and ensure product quality through testing protocols and inspections. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining quality control processes, leading quality management initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address product requirements. The role requires conducting root cause analysis, reducing production defects, and ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Engineering and Quality Assurance frameworks
  • Strong foundation in Quality Control processes and practices
  • Experience with Product Quality assessments and improvement strategies
  • Knowledge of Quality Management systems and their implementation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Attention to detail, organizational ability, and adherence to timelines
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Systems, or a related field
  • Experience in industrial or software product environments is a plus
