Let's give you a quick sneak peek into the life of a Senior Executive Quality Assurance

As a Senior Executive Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for supporting in new packaging development projects in response to briefs. Also, work on supplier development while maintaining consistent quality with all suppliers.

Things you will be doing as a Senior Executive Quality Assurance

  • Maintain packaging material specifications and their related documents after the supplier agreement
  • Manage approved shade cards & competitor's sample
  • Develop mock-ups, KLD, 2D and 3D drawings and dummies for product visualization in coordination with suppliers
  • Develop and communicate the packaging plan summary to the concerned departments
  • Item code opening of packaging material with correct Nomenclature
  • Perform trouble shootings and root cause analysis of received complaints in packaging material & communicate the same to the supplier if not resolved after machine adjustments
  • Conduct Machine trials for new packaging material & evaluate compliance of existing packaging material
  • Finalize new job development at the supplier end by leading pre-press activities in coordination with the brand team
  • Support brand team in job development & manage online proofing for color management
  • Perform monthly trend analysis of all PM suppliers based on incoming Quality compliance & in-process rejections
  • Execution of supplier audits and resolve NC's timely and re-audit for verification
  • Conduct packaging material store Audits as per the set frequency
  • Coordinate with peers and concerned stakeholders (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Creative & Marketing)

What are we looking for in you?

  • MSC in Food Science or Chemistry / Food or Chemical Engineer
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the Packaging industry
  • Knowledge of food process & basic lab operations
  • Knowledge of Packaging material
  • Software knowledge (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Auto-Cad)
  • Root Cause Analysis & Process Solving Skills
  • Teamwork, Analytical & Communication skills
