Web Designer Factory is a U.S.-based web design and development agency with a growing operations team in Karachi. We specialize in building high-converting business websites, eCommerce stores, and custom digital solutions for clients across the U.S. Our goal is to deliver professional, reliable, and affordable websites backed by strong ongoing support. As we expand, we're looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to act as the bridge between our clients and internal team, ensuring smooth communication, on-time delivery, and top-quality results.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing client communications, coordinating with our design and development teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, and preparing accurate project documentation. This is a hybrid role based in Karachi — requiring both remote collaboration and occasional in-office meetings. The role requires at least 4–5 hours of overlap with U.S. business hours (EST/CST time zones).

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between U.S.-based clients and the internal Karachi team.
  • Translate client requirements into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables for the team.
  • Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs), project plans, and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Test and review websites, applications, and deliverables before client demos or production launch.
  • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and proactively manage issues.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in every client-facing delivery.
  • Conduct regular internal meetings to align design, development, and QA efforts.
  • Provide weekly project status updates to management and clients.
  • Suggest improvements in processes, workflows, and project tracking.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining transparent communication and timely responses.

Requirements

  • Strong command of English (reading, writing, and speaking fluently).
  • 2–4 years of experience in project management (web development or digital agency experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to prepare project documents (SOWs, timelines, status reports).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project tracking tools (ClickUp, Trello, Jira, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of website development and digital marketing basics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work with at least 4–5 hours of overlap in U.S. EST/CST time zones.
  • Must be based in Karachi with flexibility for hybrid (remote + office) work.
