is hiring an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, proven experience in IT infrastructure management, and a passion for ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and network systems
  • Monitor system performance to ensure uptime, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness
  • Manage cloud services such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud in hybrid environments
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR)
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents in coordination with support teams
  • Maintain documentation for systems architecture, configurations, and procedures
  • Supervise junior IT staff and provide technical guidance
  • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and support
  • Manage SLAs and monitor vendor performance

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking (Cisco/Juniper), and cloud platforms
  • Preferred certifications: CCNA, MCSA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
