Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing (ODM) Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of oracle manufacturing modules tailored to the textile industry with deep expertise in Oracle Discrete Manufacturing and hands-on implementation experience in home textile stitching (cut to pack) production process.

What your typical day will look like

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 ODM implementation, aligning with textile production workflows (cut-to-stitch, stitch-to-pack and dispatch)
  • Configure Bill of Materials (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Inventory, Costing for Home Textile
  • Routing, and shop floor controls for dyeing, stitching, finishing, and garment assembly
  • Provide post-go-live support, resolving issues in WIP Discrete Job, material Costing variances
  • Conduct user training for production supervisors, shop floor operators, and planners
  • Optimize textile manufacturing workflows
  • Prepare functional specs (MD.50), technical designs (MD.70), and test scripts TE.040
    for textile manufacturing scenarios
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle AIM/OUM methodology
  • Proficient Document textile-specific configurations, user manuals, and training guides

What you need to succeed at this role

  • ACCA/Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field with 5+ years' relevant experience
  • At least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations in discrete manufacturing (textile/apparel industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of textile sector stitching production processes (cut to pack manufacturing)
  • Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, Interfaces, and Data Migration for manufacturing data is preferred
