Position Placement: White Eagle Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (A Subsidiary of Optimize Group)

White Eagle Engineering Pvt. Ltd., a key manufacturer of condensers for the home appliance industry, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a Mechanical Engineering background to lead cross-functional engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee Production, Quality, R&D, Product Development, and Maintenance team
  • Drive process improvement and product innovation initiatives
  • Manage engineering projects from concept to execution
  • Develop and mentor departmental teams to meet performance and quality objectives
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management and the Board

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: B.E. / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in the appliance industry, preferably in engineering operations, product development, or R&D
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong technical knowledge of production processes and product development cycles
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Excel
  • Leadership, project management, and team coordination abilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
