Job Title: Senior Gen AI and LLM Lead Solution Architect (Onsite. Lahore)

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Gen AI and LLM Lead Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale Generative AI (Gen AI) and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Gen AI architecture, OCR, NLP, LLM architecture, Agentic AI framework, and development. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of Gen AI and LLM solutions using Agentic AI framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain technical architectures for Gen AI and LLM solutions
  • Design and implement OCR, NLP, and LLM components for various applications
  • Work with data scientists to develop and train large language models
  • Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of Gen AI and LLM solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Gen AI and LLM

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Gen AI architecture and development
  • Experience with OCR, NLP, and LLM technologies
  • Proficiency in Agentic AI framework
  • Strong understanding of AI Ops principles and practices
  • Familiarity with Gen AI-based cloud services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI)
  • Experience with building intelligent agents using Agentica AI

Expected Deliverables:

  • Technical architectures for Gen AI and LLM solutions
  • Designed and implemented OCR components using Gen AI technologies
  • Trained and deployed large language models using Gen AI architectures
  • Developed and maintained technical documentation
  • Provided technical guidance and oversight to junior team members
  • Stayed up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in Gen AI and LLM

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Knowledge of computer vision or robotics
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Certification in Gen AI or LLM technologies

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience:

At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Gen AI and LLM technologies
